This quick and easy Korean style stir fry has everything you ever wanted in a noodle dish with a lot fewer carbs. This recipe is ready in no time and you’ll only need to dirty one pan. Marinated beef along with spicy Korean chilis make this recipe perfect for any keto lifestyle.
You can control the heat by adding or subtracting the Korean chili flakes. If you like it spicy go ahead and load it up but if you want to keep it mild then just use about half of what the recipe calls for.
Pro Tip* you can marinate the beef overnight to really intensify the flavor and tenderness
Beef Japchae

Ingredients:
8oz thinly sliced Sirloin
2 pk. Miracle Noodles
2 cup baby spinach
2 scoops Chicken Bone Broth powder
¼ cup thinly sliced scallions
¼ Water
Juice of 1 Lime
3 tbsp Liquid aminos
1 tbsp Fish sauce
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp Korean chili flakes
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tsp sesame oil
¼ tsp salt.
Instructions:
Thinly slice steak and marinate for 15 minutes in liquid Aminos, Korean chili flakes, garlic, sesame oil, salt, juice of 1 lime and chopped cilantro.
Rinse noodles under hot water then drain and pat dry.
In a wok add avocado oil then sauté steak without marinade (don’t throw out marinade) until steak is almost fully cooked then add the Miracle Noodles.
Add scallions to the wok, next add the water, Ketologie Smoky Beef Bone Broth, and marinade. Reduce until noodles have absorbed the sauce. Add spinach and toss until the spinach has wilted.
