Ingredients:
1 cup sunflower seeds
½ cup sesame seeds
1 TBSP olive oil
4 TBSP water
2 TBSP golden ground flaxmeal
2 TBSP Ketologie Chicken Bone Broth
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350C.
Place sunflower seeds in food processor and blitz for 1-2 minutes depending on your equipment (stop short of the seeds turning into sunflower seed butter!)
Add sesame seeds, Chicken Bone Broth and olive oil and pulse to combine (6x). Add water 1 TBSP at a time whilst on slowest combine setting. Finally, add in flaxmeal and pulse again a few times to combine.
Remove dough onto silicone pad or parchment paper. Flatten out, then cover with another sheet of parchment and use a rolling pin to roll out to desired thickness (3mm?). Use a wine glass to cut circles shapes, or a knife to score into squares. Bake for 15mins or until golden brown. Cool completely before removing and placing in an airtight container. Enjoy!
