Mixing Instructions
Mix your sample bottles in less than a minute!Step 1
Fill the bottle with cold water or almond milk to the top of the label so you have room to shake.
Step 2Put the cap on tightly and turn bottle upside down. Shake the until the powder is fully mixed with the liquid.
Step 3Fill the bottle to the top and give it another gentle shake. Either consume or leave in the fridge to thicken up for a few minutes if you like a thicker shake.
