Instructions
2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 scoop Ketologie Chicken Bone Broth
1 cup riced Cauliflower
½ cup Coconut Cream
¼ cup Sliced Scallions
¼ cup all natural Peanut or any Nut Butter
2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Liquid Aminos
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Sambal Oelek
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Ginger
Juice of 1 Lime
Instructions:
In a large pan brown your ground be over medium-high heat.
Once Beef is about ¾ cooked add your riced cauliflower, minced garlic and half of the scallions. Sauté for about 1 minute.
Next add the remaining ingredients except for the sesame seeds and remaining scallions that will be used as garnish
Simmer the beef mixture until all the ingredients have fully incorporated. Remove from heat and rest for 5 minutes before plating
Garnish your Thai beef bowl with, scallions, sesame seeds as well as Thai basil and chopped peanuts.
