Ingredients:
1 scoop of Vanilla Keto Shake (30g)
50g avocado (approx. 1/3 med avocado or ½ small)
1 cup unsweetened vanilla or plain almond milk or filtered cold water
1 handful baby spinach (approx. 15g)
½ -1 tsp matcha green tea powder
Juice of 1 lime (10-12mls approx.)
½ TBSP Ketologie Sweet Like Sugar or Swerve
Handful of ice
*Optional: fresh chopped cilantro and/or jalapeno to taste
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to blender and blitz for 15 seconds.
NOTE: this is a high calorie, nutrient dense recipe! Pro tip: if you don’t have avocado on hand; use 2 scoops of Keto Vanilla Shake to achieve similar creaminess and macros – just a little less green!
Super Pro tip: buy avocados in bulk; when they are ripe remove all flesh/pulp; pulse in blender and then spoon into an ice-cube tray/put in freezer. Once frozen, pop the avo cubes out into a large clear freezer bag to always have on hand for smoothies and soups!
